If you want to get in shape forget about long, boring sessions on the treadmill. The best routine should work out all your major muscle groups at once. Kettlebell swings will fire up your back,core, shoulders, quads and glute muscles.

Start with a shoulder width stance and knees slightly bent. Grab your kettlebell and position it in between your legs. Next, you will bend your hips backward until the kettlebell ends up behind your legs. Perform the swing coming up every time, but don’t forget to squeeze your muscles as you do.

Kettlebell Ups
It’s not a workout unless you include push-ups. But for the sexiest strapless dress arms, we decided to step it up a notch with Kettlebell Ups. Say goodbye to jiggle and hello to ripped abs, toned arms and strong legs – all in one go.

Stand in regular pushup position, but instead of palms to the floor, grip a kettlebell in each hand. While the movement looks easy, by adding the accessory you will demand more balance from your body. As your muscles struggle to control the movement, the result is a tougher workout with incredible results.

Let’s strike a deal. You do as we say and in return, we give you killer abs. We’re talking the Britney Spears Slave 4 U music video kind. Sounds good?

Lie on your back – with a kettlebell resting on your chest – and come up as you would for a regular sit-up. The kicker here is the added weight from the accessory. Before you go down again, twist your torso from left-to-right without letting go of the kettlebell. You will feel your core burn, big time.

Kettlebell Air Squats
We like big butts and we cannot lie! All joking aside, squats are one of the most effective exercises out there since they develop both lower and upper body strength. Not only will your booty get a boost, but you will become a much better athlete.

Using your own body weight is terrific, but for maximum muscle growth add a kettlebell. Grab the accessory with two hands and stand with a shoulder-width stance. Pretend you are going to sit back onto a chair and squat down. The kettlebell should be close to reaching the floor every time you push your butt back. Pay attention to your form and keep the weight on the back of your heels to avoid knee injuries.
