With a never-ending to-do list, it can be easy to overlook a few essential things. As a matter of fact, perhaps you haven’t been feeling your best lately. But before jumping to conclusions, ask yourself this simple question: How is your daily water intake?

Here are the classic, tell-tale signs that you need to drink up, big time.

1. Your skin is dry and itchy

Even though you moisturize after every shower, your skin feels dry and rough. Yikes! Truth is, not even the most powerful lotion on the market will leave your skin supple if you aren’t drinking enough water.

2. Headaches…ouch!
